Sleeping Dogs Gets DLC Trailer

Publisher Square Enix has launched a trailer for the upcoming downloadable content packages that the game is set to get during October.

The trailer is filled with explosions and with street racing but it’s not clear how the story will slot into the narrative of the core Sleeping Dogs game.

Square Enix has already revealed that a full story based expansion as well as extra activities are being planned for its Hong Kong based open world action game, designed to keep players interested throughout 2013.

The DLC for Sleeping Dogs will allow gamers to take part in new races, including one called Harbor Run which uses water skys, and SWAT based missions will allow players to be part of a team which responds to emergency calls throughout the city.

Square Enix also wants to give loyal gamers a gift pack that included a number of yet undisclosed goodies to reward them for long term interest.
