"Howdy! Lots of shiny stuff here, including the long awaited Xfce 4.10! Thanks to Robby Workman for the initial set of build scripts, and lots of testing (plus some very helpful notes about things such as the proper build order)."

"I'm calling this a beta (finally!), and it's really very close to what we expect to release. Test away," the official announcement read. Download Slackware 14.0 Beta right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a beta release and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only.
