Bethesda has just released the first trailer for Dawnguard, the first expansion pack that will be launched for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim this summer.
Skyrim has impressed millions of players from all over the world and, while it has delivered hundreds of hours of adventures, many people are eagerly anticipating the first full-fledged expansion for the RPG, in the form of Dawnguard.
After confirming the DLC earlier this year, Bethesda has now released the first trailer for the add-on, showing off plenty of gameplay footage.
As you can see, Skyrim’s protagonist, the Dragonborn, is caught in a conflict between a race of powerful vampires and the Dawnguard, a group dedicated to stopping the monsters.
Throughout the new adventures, players will encounter quite a lot of interesting things and even turn into a freakish half-bat/half-vampire hybrid.
Skyrim will get the Dawnguard expansion this summer and will arrive as a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360. Until then, check out the trailer above.
