14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft account owners are no longer allowed to log in to Skype with their usernames and passwords, as the VoIP platform is apparently experiencing some issues both in the United States and overseas.
While the company has only said that it’s looking into the issue, no information has been provided on the possible cause of the glitch that blocks Microsoft account owners from logging in with their credentials.
“We are currently investigating a problem where some users cannot sign-in into Skype with Microsoft account. We apologise for the inconvenience and will let you know when the issue has been resolved,” the company said.
As far we can tell, the issue is currently experienced in the United States and in some European countries as well, as Skype users report sign-in problems on the official forum of the company.
