Microsoft has just rolled out a brand new Skype version of Windows users, in an attempt to fix some of the bugs it found in older releases.

While no changelog has been provided for this particular build, Skype 6.11 is most likely aimed at fixing bugs and performance issues, which means that users who deploy the new build should no longer experience crashes or other glitches.

Basically, Skype 6.11 doesn’t bring any major feature improvements, but users are anyway recommended to download and install it as soon as possible in order to repair some older bugs.

The update is only available for Windows users, as the Mac client hasn’t been updated lately and Microsoft focused a bit more on the Windows build.

Overall, this is clearly a necessary update, so download Skype 6.11 for Windows to make sure that no crashes or bugs occur when chatting with friends.
