14 DAY TRIAL // Skylanders: Swap Force might be published by Activision Blizzard, but the latest reveal about the game comes from Nintendo via a ten-minute-long video that shows off the best elements of the coming title.
Gamers can see how the new breed of toys can be used with their innovative swappable sections which allow them to mix and match powers and abilities, creating combinations that could not exist in the previous two installments in the series.
The new characters can also be seen tackling some of the new challenges introduced in the virtual Skylanders adventures.
Swap Force will be launched on the 3DS handheld, the PlayStation 3, the Wii U and the Xbox 360 on October 15 in North America and October 18 in Europe.
The PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One will also get access to the toy and game mix in November.
