14 DAY TRIAL // The folks at Skyfire Labs have rolled out new versions of their Flash-capable web browsers for iPhone and iPad bringing “fancy new Retina icons” and bug fixes.
In addition to updating the app’s resources for the new iPad’s retina display, Skyfire 4.1.1 and Skyfire 4.0.5 for iPad and iPhone (respectively) both fix a bug in cookies where Skyfire was not remembering logins on certain Skyfire features and websites.
A contextual menu bug fix has been included as well. Hold and press functionality is back in action and working correctly, according to the developers.
Finally, Skyfire Labs reminds users to try out the all-new “HotSwap” feature which allows up to 4 users to have their own personal browsing preferences on a single iPad. Skyfire calls it “the perfect solution for the shared iPad problem”.
