SkyZone, the US-based mobile entertainment creator and publisher, announced its new line-up of games that will be released in the second quarter of 2008. Keeping the tradition of delivering various game genres, the new titles that SkyZone will offer range from casual puzzles to arcade and action games.

Besides "Fish On! ", the action game already released, SkyZone will bring another five new titles, all of them during the next few months: "Sushi Samurai", "Goblins at the Gate", "Arcade Zone", "Escape!" and "Karnivale".

"Goblins at the Gate", available starting July, seems to be quite an entertaining action game. You will take the role of a "gigantic troll" who must conquer a castle called "Castle Gate", helped by Builder Goblins that know how to use carts and catapults, and by Bomber Goblins, experts in the art of explosives engineering.

"Sushi Samurai", available for purchase as of today (apparently), is a game that allows players to become senseis (meaning masters) in rolling sushi and cooking in the "hibachi style". You run a poor little restaurant that you must transform into a 5-star dining place with your culinary knowledge. Several mini-games will test your speed and precision, while discovering more ingredients and preparing more dishes.

"Arcade Zone", available starting May, is a collection of mini-sports games that feature "life-like graphical environments", 2 playing modes and 3 difficulty ratings, allowing you to play alone as well as with your friends. The mini-games are Football, Boxing, Basketball Free Throw and Clay Pigeon Shooting (in case you didn't know, the last "game" is actually a popular sport in some countries like England for example - poor pigeons).

"Karnivale", ready for your mobiles from late May, includes no less than 15 various carnival-themed mini games that feature retro graphics (because the carnival is such a retro concept). The mini-games will require you to collect and change prizes or fun accessories, all in a simple but addictive experience.

In "Escape! ", available in mid June, gamers have to clear up a dark mystery. You're trapped in a "corporate lab" and you must do anything to escape before a memory-erasing weapon that uses chemical substances enters your brain and erases all you ever were. Collect items, find clues, solve the puzzle.

Unfortunately, SkyZone only delivers content to the US gamers, via the five largest carriers in the country: AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and Alltel, so users from other carriers won't be able to enjoy the newly announced titles (not on their handsets at least).
