Skullgirls, the popular independent fighting game made by developer Lab Zero for the PS3 and Xbox 360 last year, is getting ready to appear for the PC platform.

A beta has already been launched, available to those who helped the game during its IndieGoGo campaign or to those who buy it via the official website.

Skullgirls was a big hit last year on consoles, but the studio was forced to resort to crowdfunding website IndieGoGo in order to create any DLC characters, due to the high costs.

The support from fans was quite large, and the dev decided to port the game to the PC.

The adaptation is now in beta and the title has already been added to the Humble Bundle library of all those who contributed $36/€27.95 or over to the initial project.

In case you missed the campaign and want to try the game out, you can still buy it via the Lab Zero website.
