Autodesk has just released a new version of its SketchBook application for Android devices. The software has been updated to version 2.0 and has received some new features and improvements.

Sketchers will be happy to know that developers included major performance enhancements in this update, along with improved help and setting screens.

Autodesk confirms that there's a new Pen-only mode, as well as Copic brush and Copic colors, which have been added with the latest update.

Last but not least, the latest version of SketchBook Mobile supports a maximum of 12 layers on devices with 512MB of RAM or above.

Obviously, the update includes some bug fixes as well, though these have yet to be detailed by developers.

SketchBook Mobile 2.0.1 is now available for download for $10/€7 via Google Play Store and should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
