Officials are investigating a deadly incident at Six Flags over Texas last week. As I reported, a woman fell out of a roller coaster while she was taking the ride with her family and she died.

According to the AP, Gerstlauer Amusement Rides in Munsterhausen, Germany will be investigating the incident.

Project manager Tobias Lindnar has noted that they are planning to find the culprit in the Arlington incident.

Witnesses have spotted the victim of the accident complain about her restraints upon getting on the ride. She collapsed from the 14-story height of the Texas Giant.

When she told attendants that the safety bar was too lose, she was asked if she heard it click, and answered that she did hear that, so they OKed her for the ride.
