14 DAY TRIAL // A woman has escaped getting swallowed by a sinkhole in Florida, but her car was not as lucky.
Madaline Keeble of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, was driving in Jacksonville when she noticed the road being flooded.
She assumed a pipe burst, but she had no idea of how serious the problem was. WFTV reports that her Smart vehicle has flipped on one side, sinking in the depression in just a few seconds.
"I saw some water on the road and I saw the security officer in his car at the corner, and I made my turn, and 20 seconds later I had water in my Smart car up to my ears," Keeble describes.
She realized that she was in danger and got out of the vehicle, escaping the site unscathed. Soon enough, the Smart car was swallowed in its entirety.
