A free update to existing customers, Simple Elegant Sales' latest version completed the rental items release and has all the features required to use it for managing rentals the right way. The list of enhancements includes inventory auto archive, customer notes, default invoice note, admin approval of instant discounts, rental rate multiplier and default rental rate, as well as the ability to use a magnetic card reader panel for reading gift cards and credit cards. Purchase units, rental renewal invoices and customizable payment options have been added too, and the good news is not over here!
The new Reports features include labor, activity and payments reports, inventory and instant discounts reports. Obviously, this is not everything, since a lot of the issues that were spotted in the previous Beta releases have been fixed now, so you won't have to worry about returns on credit accounts, refund processing, archived items in inventory reports, new item creation, rental agreement duplication or bulk price change freeze, because all the problems that occurred in the past are now gone!
