14 DAY TRIAL // Simon Cowell loves Botox. In fact, he loves it so much he’s been getting shots regularly, even saying once it was as unusual as toothpaste. Even so, he may have gone a bit overboard with it for the recent Britain’s Got Talent show.
Cowell returned to BGT for the live shows as promised and, of course, he couldn’t have come back without getting his Botox fix first.
No one can find fault with a man or a woman wanting to look their best for the cameras.
According to the Daily Mail, something must have went wrong with the procedure this time, because one of Cowel’s eyes was droopy, while a small bruise was also visible on his cheek.
Viewers at home immediately took notice and then rushed to social networking websites to talk about it.
“Millions of viewers were shocked by the music mogul’s drooping left eye during the live semi-finals of the ITV show on Monday night – thought to be caused by Botox treatment,” says the Mail.
“It was the first time Cowell, 51, had been seen on British TV since the X Factor final in December, and fans were quick to point out his wilting eye and a small bruise by his cheekbone,” the tab adds.
As people pointed on Twitter that Cowell should fire the guy who gave him the latest Botox shots, a source tells the Mail that he was well aware of the situation – and even had people change the lighting to make it less obvious.
By that time, though, the damage had already been done, because millions of people had seen the tell-tale signs of Botox.
“Simon had overdone things a little with the Botox and it soon showed up on camera – especially as we film in high definition, which is particularly unforgiving,” says an unnamed production source.
“During the break between shows, the producers were quick to change the lighting over the judging panel. Simon was not happy,” adds the spy.
