SimLab SQI Mecha-Dog Acts Like It Can't Walk Properly, Maybe

Either it is not exactly completely versed in the arts of holding its balance, or the SimLab SQI quadruped robot is acting in order to fool those who easily underestimate others, ensuring their own folly.

The robot has a vague, or not so vague (depending on who you ask) resemblance to a dog and is just the latest fauna-inspired machine to show off on video.

After all, one cannot forget the robo-roach (called CLASH) which could crawl up fabric in a very funny manner (except when it wasn't, or when it was falling).

All in all, it seems like technology really is getting more and more lifelike, or at least trying to, since robotics aren't quite up to Sci Fi levels yet, unlike window/mirror/displays.

If you haven't already, check out the video above for a glimpse of what this mecha-hound probably won't do once it is perfected, if ever.
