The development team at Maxis is getting ready to deliver more updates for its SimCity title, even after the launch of the much-awaited update 2.0.

The team says on the official forums that, "While the update made many significant upgrades and fixes, we know that players are eager for more. We are reviewing feedback and bugs that are reported and are working on additional fixes and upgrades."

Gamers can expect to see a fix for problems like: overflowing city sewers that make it impossible to increase happiness, the disappearance of city service vehicles when buildings are demolished, issues with the education system.

Maxis is not yet offering a clear launch date for the next SimCity update, but all problems are expected to be solved before it is released.

The game will also continue to get access to free downloadable content.
