the water cheat and power cheat dont work it is all a scam dont listen to them and half of the time my computer froze trying to use these cheats so dont use them or you will end up like me with my city not working so if you do use these cheats be careful and when your computer freezes up (like mine!) dont come crying to me! Cry to the website owner! I had to buy a new game which costs alot of money (which i worked hard for) and it is working perfectly but i wasted 30 bucks! now i have a game that doesnt even work that i paid for too! these cheats DO NOT WORK and never will! If you do use the cheats then you will have to buy a new game if you EVER want to play it again!!!!

At worst, you may have to reinstall the game. Don't listen to "poop" as he obviously has no idea what he's talking about. Your mileage may vary with this cheat, and I have found some success with it, but if you encounter the same problems as "poop" and come to the same hasty reaction, please box up your computer and return it to the place of purchase. You, like "poop," have been deemed too stupid to own one.

Shutup!it does work on mine and it doesn't glitch or anything and everyone the power and water cheat does work!

guys, i just want to know how to download the city from the internet and how to show it in the simcity4??

Works geat for me!I have been using them for over a year now!

The water and, the power cheats work. There is more to them though than a simple code. First of all you can have nothing that pumps water or makes power in the city what so ever. (This means no way to get rid of trash is what I have issues with.) Before you destroy anything though consider this....... once they are gone each zone will still show no water., and each zone will say no power as well until you build something. I have not figured out how to make it say there is water for the building yet with the cheat everything keeps on building as if there is water, and power though. Once built the building give it a second and chech it. You will see it claims to have "Powered YES", and "Watered NO". This is fine there is still water there. The advisor will still pop up and say you need power stations but it is fine you have power, and water.... if you have ever built without either, and no cheat codes you know nothing ever builds until you add both power and, water. What I am getting at is if folks build and stay you know, you have done both. I used these codes to make large mountain farm areas where there is little trash so I didn't zone a dump and no police were needed. I built no schools or anything that cost money. I used the cheat codes to avoid another monthly $. I made one town like my home town of Pickensville Alabma (Lots of nothing but a few houses and extra large farms), and another town like Galax Virginia (small group of houses a few gas stations and the rest mostly unzoned with trees or small farms). I would not have been able to do this without these cheat codes. If you still want to do this here is how.

Established city
1. Hold down "CTRL", and press "X", then you may release both. When the small code box appears type in the code you wish to use, and press enter.
(Repeat for other code)
2. Pause the time on the city to avoid issues with town folks.
3.Use the bull dozer to destroy the grid of power (all power stations even the waste to energy must go. With power gone select pipes as if you were going to build some. Now with the bull dozer destroy them as well.
4. Allow time to begin and speed it along allowing time for power to arrive, and then repause the time to chech that your city is ok still. (remember it will say powered but not watered and your advisor has no idea about the magic trick you just pulled so he will flip out about there being no power or water.

Note: If you do not destroy your power stations they will run at full power until you do.e

New city or farm

2. Zone your first area and be patient while power and, water arrives. Remember it takes a second when you build and it takes a second now. When checked it will say "Powered YES/ Watered NO" This is normal.
3. Have fun and ignore your advisor who will fuss fit and carry on. There should be no power lines, and water pipes, and $$$ to pay for either.
4. (Only if annoyed) you can destroy the lines from another city to the one you are working on and the advisor will no ask you to buy power from them again. The advisor still will tell you to build power stations every now an again but dealing with that is better than all the lines, money, pipes, etc.

i cannot enter any cheats. i can bring up the box, and type but entering does nothing. ive restarted about 5 times. nothing. help!!!

they might be fake cheats

type in i'm rich on the GAME and you'll get 1,000,000,000,000.It works for me.i now have 38,000,000,000,000

That does not work for me.
How do you do it exactly.
