SiverStone created yet another segment-defining design that will probably become the standard for small form factor computer (SFF) cases. The exotic PC case mods manufacturer announced today the final details for its latest model, the SG03. The small factor micro ATX case is a follow-on the SG01 MicroATX Desktop Computer case and it already made its debut earlier this year at the Consumer Electronics Show 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Sugo SG03's was redesigned from scratch, switching from the breadbox shape (seen at rival SSF case manufacturers) to a micro tower. This micro ATX case comes in a light and compact all aluminum design and measures in at 7.86 inches wide, 14.17 inches high and 12.28 inches deep. On top of all the important features inherited from the SG01, it has additional expansion slots and reversible power supply unit installation design. Its immaculate aluminum interior offers incredible amount of space for nearly all standard ATX components.

The case comes with standard external room from an optical drive (a 3.5 -inch bay) and front-mounted FireWire USB ports. Its shortened depth provides an excellent advantage in cooling with the aid of not one, but two large flexible 12 cm fans that can probably be really useful in extreme circumstances. The included fans spin at 1200 rpm and produce a still noticeable 2 decibels of noise. With its carefully arranged cooling configuration and also ability to accommodate a wide array of Micro ATX motherboards, ATX power supplies, dual hard drives and even dual graphics cards, the SG03 will ensure greater upgrade possibility than ever before.

SilverStone will start shipping the Sugo SG03 to US retailers by early May. It's priced at a cent short of 130$ (in a black or a silver flavor).
