14 DAY TRIAL // A couple of pictures leaked on the Weibo forums in China seem to depict the back shell of the next-generation iPad 5, next to the counterpart for the iPad mini (possibly second-generation model).
The iPad 5 is almost confirmed at this point, with every new leak pointing to a design akin to that of the iPad mini, including the chamfered edges, the super-slim body, and even the reduced bezel size.
Apple is yet to unveil (and therefore confirm) the fifth-generation iPad, but all signs are pointing to a fall 2013 unveiling. And the latest leak from China’s Weibo forums (via Nowhereelse.fr), seems to confirm all the rumors about the tablet’s design.
Unfortunately, there haven’t been any leaks pertaining to the tablet’s inner workings. Here’s to hoping for at least one surprise announcement.
