“Silver Linings Playbook” Trailer: Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence Have Issues

We've seen Jennifer Lawrence in “Winter's Bone” and we've seen her in “The Hunger Games” and “X Men: First Class.” After some time playing only girlie roles, she is about to get her acting game seriously on again.

Above is a brand new trailer for a romantic comedy with serious drama accents called “Silver Linings Playbook.”

It stars Bradley Cooper and Lawrence as two people with more or less severe mental issues whose paths happen to cross, and who later discover that, against all odds, their issues are actually annulled in the presence of each other.

By the looks of the trailer, this seems like a touching and well-acted (and put together) film.

“Silver Linings Playbook” also stars Jacki Weaver, Robert De Niro and Chris Tucker, and is directed by David O. Russel.
