The company tries to make it more attractive than Tamron's latest 150-600mm optic

It seems that Sigma feels threatened by Tamron's latest 150-600mm f/5-6.3 lens, as the UK branch of the renowned Nippon camera and optics manufacturer has announced a £100 / €121 / $163 cashback on the Sigma 150-500mm f/5-6.3 optic.

If you live in the UK, you can grab the lens from WexPhotographic at a price of £749 / €906 / $1,225 for Sigma mount, and £729 / €882 / $1,191 for the rest of the compatible mounts after taking advantage of a £250 (€303 / $408) and £270 (€327 / $441) instant rebate.

This sounds very good for UK customers but, unfortunately, this offer doesn't even come close to the lens' price in the US, where you can purchase the Sigma 150-500mm f/5-6.3 for only $899 / €667 / £551.

The promotion is valid for UK customers who purchase a Sigma 150-500mm f/5-6.3 lens between February 1 and April 30. In order to receive your £100 cashback, you must send your application along with the proof of purchase before May 31. You can find out more on this offer at your local Sigma retailer.
