Shuttle is a custom PC vendor that specializes in the design of small form factor PCs, featuring low-power platforms and providing users with a basic computing experience. On that note, the company has just announced the availability of its new multimedia and business computer system, dubbed G2 7600, based on the company's SA76G2 barebone PC. The system is designed to take advantage of the AMD socket AM3-ready 760G platform, providing users with support for the latest hardware from the Sunnyvale, California-based chip maker.

”We’re excited to present our latest all-AMD platform,” Nicolas Villalobos, manager at Shuttle Computer Group, says. “By combining AMD chipsets, AMD processors, and AMD 3D processing power through ATI graphics, the Shuttle G2 7600 is an AMD-based solution that’s designed for more than today’s computing needs – it’s ready for tomorrow’s.”

Entirely based on some of the latest hardware components from the world's second largest chip maker, the new G2 7600 desktop SFF computer system can be configured with an AMD Phenom II X4 810 processor, coupled with 8GB of memory and an ATI Hybrid CrossFireX technology featuring the on-board ATI Radeon 3000 series, enabling a high level of performance in a small package.

In addition, the system is featured with six USB ports, a six-channel audio and the usual array of connectivity ports, including PS2, VGA, DVI, SPDIF and support for additional four USB ports, two COM and one parallel port. Packed inside a small form factor chassis, the system draws its power from an efficient 250-Watt power supply and has been featured with a heatpipe cooling system.

Shuttle has announced that its new barebone SA76G2 is now available from select retailers, with a suggested retail price tag of EUR 191 (ex VAT). This will provide you with a barebone PC, featuring a black G2 chassis with a polished aluminum design.
