Shotwell 0.13.1 Is Available Now

Yorba Foundation, the developers of Shotwell, have announced on October 5th, the immediate availability for download of Shotwell 0.13.1.

Shotwell 0.13.1 is a major release that includes the following changes:

• Robustness against server errors and malformed responses in the publishing subsystem has been increased;
• Support for importing video from some Sony cameras has been improved;
• A problem where the searching and filtering UI could get out of sync with what was being displayed in a user’s library, has been fixed;
• A regression in which the Send To feature didn’t work correctly with multiple photos, was repaired;

Shotwell 0.13.1 will be available on the upcoming Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) operating system, due for release next month.
