14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Alkemi and Valve have announced that Transcripted is now available with a 75 percent price cut on the Steam digital distribution service, which means that interested players can get it for 2.49 Euro or dollars for the next day.
The gameplay of Transcripted mixes two types of popular mechanics, those of the dual stick shooter and the match three puzzle game.
The player takes control of a medical probe and needs to explore an organism in order to defeat normal enemies and engage highly dangerous boss colonies.
The official description reads: “With the aid of a skill tree that improves ship equipment, health, shields and the Nano Probe’s arsenal of upgradeable weapons, players must successfully navigate through hordes of deadly pathogens to destroy the disease’s pseudo-DNA as it twines perilously on its endless path to infection.”
