Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend and father of her daughter Nahla, Gabriel Aubry, and her fiancé Olivier Martinez got into a very violent brawl outside her home on Thanksgiving. Photos of Aubry’s injuries and more details on the altercation have emerged.

The model has already been granted a restraining order against Martinez, after telling a judge his side of the story and presenting photos of the injuries he sustained in the altercation.

TMZ has the photos (which are very graphic, so *discretion is recommended before clicking through) and plenty of details about what started the fight.

As we also reported at the time, Halle and Martinez told police that it was Aubry who threw the first punch, who incited the violence and had to be beaten into submission until officers arrived on the scene.

Gabriel’s side of the story is different: Martinez repeatedly threatened to kill him, attacking him as he handed over Nahla for no apparent reason.

One day before, the three crossed paths at Nahla’s school play, and Martinez made no secret of how he felt about Aubry, whispering threats in his ear in French.

“I wish I could beat the [expletive] out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us,” Aubry claims Martinez told him.

The next day, Gabriel brought Nahla to her mother’s home and found Olivier waiting for him. Under the pretense of wanting “to talk,” he attacked him viciously, punching him in the head and then smashing his face against the concrete.

Martinez was allegedly fuming mad that Aubry’s resistance in the custody case had cost him and Halle $3 million (€2.3 million) so far.

“Olivier assaulted Gabriel he screamed that they were going to move to Paris and Gabriel had better move there too or Olivier would kill him,” TMZ writes, citing Aubry’s declaration.

“We called the cops [and when they come] you're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I'm going to kill you,” the model claimed he was told.

After the violent brawl, Halle Berry also got a temporary restraining order against Gabriel Aubry, barring him from coming within 100 yards of herself, her daughter or Olivier Martinez.
