Shine On!

As you all probably know, the 33rd People's Choice Awards took place last night. Honestly now, I didn't even watch it but I suppose that doesn't matter much as long as who won and what, who was presenting and so on all have less importance than what award shows are all about. That would be the sexy, sexy ladies in their pretty dresses. At least, that's what matters to me because this is what I have to write about. Dresses, celebs in dresses, sexy celebs in cute dresses.

I have stumbled on some pictures from the above mentioned event and of course that there were a loooooooot of beautiful women in them. Still, my mind is set on three ladies that impressed me the most: Halle Berry, Cameron Diaz and Ali Larter. I have to admit that they would make any woman die with envy when looking at these pictures.

Halle Berry appeared on the red carpet wearing a shiny, short, open gold dress. She's like�40? OMG! And she's still so hot and flaunting it too. She has obviously gone for the golden/brown shade this time. Beautiful make-up and simple hairdo. I can hardly see any wrinkle on the woman's face, she is either using the perfect make up or she's just that-perfect. Like the ring on her finger and the small purse. I'm not that sure about the earrings but well, if that were a mistake, it would be easily covered by all that flawless beauty. Very cute sandals and they go perfectly with the rest of the outfit. During the awards show, Halle awarded Robin Williams "Favorite Funny Male Star" and you could just see him almost grabbing her bum. Hell, I would too if I were a man!

Cameron Diaz seems to be in on the latest fashion trends for she is definitely wearing the bubble one. That is a precious, precious dress and I have to say that I love it. Love it! Black all the way except for the white purse but that's fine by me. It does break the black but surely in a pleasant, esthetically speaking, way. Silver jewelry�nice earrings but I think she has overdone it a bit with the rings and bracelets as they cut off from the grace of the dress and look. The actress sported a gorgeous strapped dress with black shiny stripes that reflect the light and give the classiest effect ever. She paired the dress with a pair of beautiful and simple black shoes that seem just right. As to what the hairdo is concerned, Cameron chose to lift her hair to reveal her facial features and neck line better. Good choice I'd say! I still think she was prettier with the blonde hair we have all gotten used to but that doesn't mean that she doesn't make the brunette color work as well. All in all, I have to say that she has made a very good impression on me and not because she won the "Favorite Leading Lady" award but for appearance. Shall I say that she rocks in grace?

Another flawless beauty seemed to shine last night and that was Ali Larter. Wearing a short dress that complimented her body line she seemed to be a natural in the beauty aria. The color she chose was a light gray with a golden stripe at the shoulders level and a model that subtly revealed her right shoulder. Simplicity is the word and Ali is the girl to underline it. As for the jewelry section, I've noticed that she's wearing a pair of round earrings just like the previous mentioned celebs (could this be the new trend?). Two bracelets and one ring�not too much and not too little. I think she measured this right as to not spoil the outfit by burdening it. The golden sandals are exquisite. Moving on to make up and hairdo�natural-like all the way. All natural and simple but dazzling, no doubt about that!

Needless to say that these were my favorites but there were many gorgeous women besides these three worth mentioning like Eva Longoria, Emily Procter, Jennifer Aniston and Katherine Heigl. I'll leave now to enjoy the pictures.
