Singer Sheryl Crow confessed she once got high just before going on stage and she almost fell asleep.
Crow, who recently got engaged with her long-term boyfriend, cyclist Lance Armstrong, after 2 years of dating, revealed she got high with her bandmates just before going on stage, and they were so stoned that they ruined the concert.
She revealed: "The whole band and I got stoned years ago. It was the eight-hour gig from hell. It seemed to go on and on, to the point where even I was falling asleep".
However, Crow insists she has never been on stage drunk. She added in an interview with America's Rolling Stone magazine: "I can safely say that I've never been tanked onstage, I have a really bad memory, so to remember my lyrics I need to not have my brain obstructed".
The Crow-Armstrong couple met in late 2003 at a charity event, just a few months after Lance divorced his wife, Kristin "Kik" Richard, the mother of his three children: Luke, and twin girls Grace and Isabelle, all by in vitro fertilization.
