Shazam iOS Just Got a Whole Lot Better

The world’s most popular music recognition mobile application has become even more attractive, thanks to a new update. Shazam 5.0.6 for iPhone starts up faster, recognizes songs better, and lets you invite friends to share their discoveries.

According to the changelog for Shazam 5.0.6, the app now boasts improved recognition rate, faster startup time, an easy way to invite friends to share discoveries, and numerous bug fixes.

For example, if you happened to notice an occasional crash while tagging, the new version of Shazam does away with that bug. An audio capture issue that would sometimes cause repeated 'No Match' results until the app was restarted has been fixed too. And messaging around tagging issues has been improved.
