Sharon Stone is being dragged to court by a former nanny who claims the actress treated her in the worst manner imaginable – and then fired her when she injured her back and had to take it easy for a while.

TMZ obtained court papers filed by Angelica Castillo, in which she claims that Stone went in total diva mode on her after she injured her back and could no longer do certain things considered part of her job.

“Angelica Castillo just filed a lawsuit, claiming she injured her back while loading groceries in a car for Sharon. Castillo says her doctor ordered her to avoid lifting heavy objects, but that didn't sit well with the temperamental actress,” TMZ reports.

When she found herself in a situation in which she had to lift something heavy and she refused, Stone unleashed a barrage of abuse on her, calling her “crazy” and “stupid” for acting the way she was.

Next thing, the actress fired her, Castillo says.

The former nanny is seeking unspecified damages for the horrible treatment she received at the hands of her former employer.

However, Stone’s attorney, Marty Singer, says that the lawsuit is absolutely ridiculous: not only for the claims of abuse it makes but also because Castillo was never fired.

“[This lawsuit] is bizarre and ridiculous. Ms. Castillo was never fired, and as of today is still covered by health insurance as an employee of Ms. Stone. We are confident that Ms. Stone will prevail in this meritless case,” Singer says in a statement to TMZ.

The same media outlet notes that, even if that’s the case, this is not the first time that Sharon Stone is targeted by such a lawsuit.

In May 2012, another former nanny took the actress to court on allegations that she fired her because of her religion. The woman also claimed that Stone had specifically forbidden her to speak to the children because she did not want them “to talk like you.”
