The Osbournes are going after Lady Gaga for preaching one thing and doing another. After Kelly complained in an interview that Gaga’s Little Monsters were the worst because they were bullies, the singer addressed the issue in an open letter, which now makes the subject of another open letter, this time from Sharon.

Basically, Kelly told a fashion mag that, even though she was thin and healthy, she was still being called fat. She named the Little Monsters as the worst fangroup ever, for constantly bullying her for her figure and even sending her death threats.

In response, Gaga wrote an open letter on her website, saying that she had no power to control her fans or even tell them that such behavior was wrong.

Instead, she went on to say that it was Kelly who should stand up for something good and ditch her E! Fashion Police show because it promoted insecurities and the idea that you’re only as good as you look good.

She did not directly address the fact that Kelly had been target of the vilest things on social media, but she did say that she personally aimed to make this world a better place, first and foremost by fighting against bullying.

Sharon Osbourne, Kelly’s mother, thinks Gaga is a hypocrite and a contradictory attention seeker in her open letter – and she’s not shy of saying so either, even if that means putting herself in the path of the wrath of millions of fans.

“Your open letter is hypocritical and full of contradictions. […] You say her work on E! with the Fashion Police is ‘rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s beauty against one another.’ Welcome to the real world. Example, when I saw you wear a dress made out of raw meat, I was sickened. When I see you wearing fur, and using it as a fashion statement, the fact that defenseless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the press is abhorrent to me. Shouldn’t you be teaching your ‘little monster’ fans to respect animals and life?” Sharon asks.

“I don’t feel I have to justify Kelly’s choices in life to you. By your actions to Kelly right now, you have shown me that you are nothing more than a publicly seeking hypocrite and an attention seeker. You know it would have been much more dignified of you to do this privately. I am calling you a bully because you have 32 million followers hanging on your every word and you are criticizing Kelly in your open letter. Are you so desperate that you needed to make this public?” she continues.

She scolds Gaga for never taking a single step to prevent her fans from bullying other celebrities (Kelly, Madonna and Adele included), while posing as the poster child for equality, non-discrimination and anti-bullying.

“In closing, stop wearing fur, stop looking for publicity, and stop using your fans to belittle not just Kelly but an endless stream of celebrities. A word from you would stop all the hideous, negative and vile threats from your ‘little monsters.’ Let me know if you want to continue this debate. I’m an open playing field for you my darling,” Mrs. Osbourne further says.
