Sharon Osbourne - the Celebrity Mother of the Year

"X Factor" judge Sharon Osbourne has beaten Kate Moss to take the crown of celebrity mother of the year.
Osbourne has three children: Aimee, who is 22, 21-year-old Kelly and the youngest, Jack, who is 20 and has been married to foul-mouthed rocker Ozzy for over 25 years.

She has also battled colon cancer and helped two of her children battle addictions. "I am truly honored and speechless - which is a first!" she said on accepting the award for the best celebrity mother of the year.

"It has been a very tough few years and the British public have been so supportive of me and the family, and seen that I am a real old-fashioned British girl at heart," she said.

Noticeably absent from this year's finalists were Victoria Beckham and last year's winner, Kerry Katona.
