The outspoken music manager thinks Justin hasn't earned the right to misbehave yet

Sharon Orbourne might know a thing or two about rebelliousness being the wife of legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne, and mother to two equally rebellious children. Now, she's taking that knowledge and speaking out on one of the most popular pop stars today, Justin Bieber.

Speaking with the Mirror, Sharon reveals that all Justin Bieber needs is “a good slap” to knock him back to common sense. The former X Factor judge also has an explanation as to why the Canadian heartthrob is acting out and sparking scandal and outrage everywhere he goes.

Sharon explains that “He is surrounded by the wrong people, by kiss-[expletive]. I would say, ‘Put your little [expletive] in the studio and don't come out until you have a great body of work,’” she said on a harsh tone, indicating that he should earn his right to misbehave by becoming a great musician.

But Sharon's blunt rant towards Bieber doesn't end there. Proving that she's got a good head on her shoulders and the logic arguments to back up her story, she goes on to explain that all these people around Justin aren't doing him any good. He would be better off sitting in the studio and making real music.

As it stands, Ozzy's wife thinks Justin's previous work is “floppy, poppy and disposable,” noting that none of his songs will stand the test of time. He will have earned his “license to misbehave” when he has churned out a real hit, Sharon believes.

The 61-year-old Sharon Osbourne wasn't the only one to speak in such a manner about the Canadian crooner. She is just the latest to speak out in indignation at the 20-year-old who seems to think the world of himself and his music and very little of everyone else around him.

Comedic actor Seth Rogen also took some hard swings in Bieber's direction most recently, calling him “obnoxious” and a “piece of [expletive],” speaking about the time they met for the first time on the Howard Stern Show on the radio.

These are just a few of the most honest reactions to Justin's recent fame that has suffered at the beginning of the year when Justin came into conflict with his former neighbors in his exclusive gated community in California, then later with the Miami PD, then with paparazzi in Atlanta and several others across America.

Right now, Justin is still in Cannes, France, attending the celebrity-packed parties that coincide with the local film festival. Just yesterday, he raised eyebrows in the swanky seaside resort, usually filled with royalty and the European elite, when he showed up shirtless.
