Low-end, cheap cases usually have unassuming designs, with barely any color on them beyond the light of the power button. However, Sharkoon decided to pay a bit more attention to aesthetics when it made the VG4 series.

Thus, the mini-ATX, micro-ATX and ATX motherboard-ready cases not only have some design enhancements on the front panel, but they also use mesh on the lower half, not to mention fans with LEDs (blue, green or red).

The Standard (VG4-S) case has four USB 2.0 ports and two audio connectors on the front panel.

The Window (VG4-W) version has a pair of USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 and two audio ports. Finally, the Value version (VG4-V) is like the Window version but without the window.

All cases measures 445 x 200 x 430 mm / 17.51 x 7.87 x 16.92 inches and have three 5.25-inch drive bays, the same number of 3.5-inch bays (with quick fasteners), a second mounting frame with three 2.5-inch bays, and space for two more 2.5-inch HDDs/SSDs at the bottom.

The starting price of the Sharkoon VG4 entry-level desktop cases is €25 / $25 - $32. All versions of the case have front fans of 120 mm with have dust filters.
