14 DAY TRIAL // Shakira's World Cup Anthem called “Dare (La La La)” already had a video which was premiered at the beginning of the month, but the power that be decided that a new, more sporting clip was needed to better send the message of the World Cup to the masses.
The new production is oddly similar to Shakira's previous effort “Waka Waka” at the last World Cup which was held in Africa. Except this time, Shakira actually is intimate with one of the footballers portrayed in the video.
Apart from beau Gerard Pique, other famous footballers who make cameos in this video are Cesc Fabregas, Lionel Mesi and Neymar. If you look carefully, you're also going to see Shakira's son, Milan, appear briefly in his mother's song.
As customary for the Latin singer, the clip also includes some energetic and enticing dance moves from Shakira who appears in a black floor-length dress. Also in the video you're going to see Brazilian musician Carlinhos Brown.
In keeping with the Brazilian theme, since Brazil is hosting the World Cup this year, you're also going to see some famous samba dancing costumes, complete with headdresses, which are going to remind you of the famous Rio de Janeiro festival.
