The development team at Loot Drop that works on the Shaker role-playing game gives out a number of more details linked to the setting of the game, while also clarifying how the main characters fit into this universe.

The player and his party will be able to explore the world of Antera, which you can see in the image attached to this article, and the developers explain that, “Connelly and team find themselves on a world they've visited before, but only in a narrow sense, under strict orders. Now they will be required to explore it more deeply to find out what happened...and if there is the possibility of any way home.”

The team adds, “This area is Blade Sector, the second sector in the way Shaker operatives have divided up this world and its primary inhabitation sites. Sector names are based on locally familiar words, so that an off-mention will not sound strange. Anvil Sector is inhabited, but is not near the Delta Node on Antera.”

The locations that players will be able to visit include the city of Loke, which will be the main hub for the game and is located over water.

The city plays host to all races and is filled with shops and other characters that are helpful when it comes to equipping the party before it goes out on an adventure.

In Felairn Firest gamers will be able to meet the Paldor, a humanoid race that fought a war they have won but decimated their numbers, which now makes them have a deep mistrust of strangers.

Byrgaard is a city on a cold mountain slope, inhabited by the Grell, with creature comforts created by the lava powered Valchonne Spring.

The more unwelcoming area of the map includes: the Plains of Sere, inhabited by a shelled race called the Fen-Rasei, with their main city of Tiladi, and the swamps of Warchel, populated by the Xyla, famed for their ranged attacks.

At the moment, Shacker is over one quarter funded by more than 7,000 backers with about 16 days to go.
