14 DAY TRIAL // In a thread posted on the Official Serious Sam II Forum! 2K Games has announced that the new game will be availble on 10th October. Serious Sam II wil be available in the US only as CD version.
Anyway the post reads like this:
"The game looks great and the demo is coming soon! Im not going to say anymore than that. Oh, and the demo is hella fun too!
So that's the good news. And if I made it a point to single out the good news, reason would dictate that there is probably bad news to reveal. Well, it's not BAD bad, but it's not the greatest thing. So here goes: we are not releasing Serious Sam II. Ha ha! Just kidding! :-P
We ARE releasing Serious Sam II. It will ship on October 10th, but it will only come out on CD. We are not releasing a DVD version here in the US."
