Serena Williams has been accused of being a hypocrite after she tweeted a revealing photo of herself. Because she made public the picture after a man was arrested of stalking her, she was forced to pull it from the social networking site, it has emerged.

Just recently, a man has been arrested for stalking Serena, a job made all that much easier for him as the tennis champ documented her every move on Twitter.

In light of the arrest, many have questioned Serena for posing a revealing (but in no way offensive) picture of herself on the same social networking site.

The photo in question shows Serena behind a see-through curtain. She’s standing at the foot of a bed, looking ahead while her gorgeous curves are on display in matching lingerie and high heels.

“The sportswoman’s silhouette was concealed by the veil of a sheer curtain, but criticism quickly followed, with many deeming the posting irresponsible after a man was arrested for stalking her, after following her every move on the social networking site,” The Daily Telegraph writes (it also has the photo in question).

Some even accused her of being a hypocrite for posting such pictures of herself after she complained and had a man arrested for stalking her.

Greg Couch of The Sporting News certainly saw things that way, openly attacking Serena for the pic – though he too admits that it’s artsy and very gorgeous.

“To be honest, I would actually find it to be somewhat artistic if it weren’t for the serious business of stalking women,” Couch writes, as cited by the aforementioned publication.

“What was her message anyway? What was she trying to say? Just this: Look at me. Instead, what she was saying was this: Peep at me, but don’t stalk me. Huh?” Couch adds.

He also believes that pulling the photo from Twitter was a reaction by Serena’s camp at harsh criticism of it.

“Someone must have gotten to her and suggested something about common sense and hypocrisy,” Couch says.

Someone should get Greg Couch and his internet "journalist" minions a dictionary. "Hypocrisy" has NOTHING to do with Serena and EVERYTHING to do with Couch himself who has made his money for YEARS PRETENDING to believe crazy crap about Serena that has no basis in fact. Couch knows full well that Serena Williams was first stalked YEARS ago by a German man when she dressed modestly. He also knows that Martina Hingis testified against a stalker in court and she herself dressed relatively modestly. In short, Couch knows that clothing has NOTHING to do with stalking!
