14 DAY TRIAL // A Court of Appeals ruled against a woman suing an oil shop after falling into a pit, at a station.

Apart from that, Dorothy Urben, of Flat Rock, Michigan, was 80 years old when she fell into that pit. Needless to say, she wasn't looking down when she walked into it, according to her statement in court.
Urben's case was originally heard by a judge in Wayne County, who did not dismiss her suit against the shop. It was after they appealed that she lost the chance to a settlement.
