The video above is performed, edited, and even titled in the style of a Broadway musical. “Frank's Waiting – Who's Got Rhythm?,” its title reads.
Star Frank Scafuri pretends to need a walker and gets his audience, consisting of other patients, involved in helping him move around.
Once he gets their attention he takes his rain coat off, reveals his tuxedo, then starts singing and dancing.
Scafuri describes himself as a Juilliard alum who just wanted to put this crazy idea into practice. He walked into a doctor's office in Long Island and recorded a YouTube video, and it didn't look like the doctor was in on it.
