We already had this confirmed from multiple sources, but here is another one that claims that Samsung Galaxy S5 will not be officially introduced next month at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014.

GforGames reports that ZDnet Korea cites a senior Samsung exec who has stated that the Galaxy S5 will not arrive at MWC 2014 for various reasons.

According to him, MWC 2014 trade fair is nothing more than a “business meeting.” This was the same for the last two years, since Samsung launched its Galaxy S devices during dedicated press events after MWC.

We can safely assume that Samsung will have lots of business meetings with carriers and distributors at MWC regarding the release of the Galaxy S5, so the smartphone will certainly be in Barcelona, just that it will go under the radar.

In the same piece of news, Zdnet Korea thinks that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S5 in March in New York, just like its predecessor. Stay tuned for more info on the matter.
