14 DAY TRIAL // A group of German tourists in the UK have captured on camera the moment when a senior stops traffic by driving his mobility scooter on the road. The scene has been caught on camera in Edinburgh.
While scooters are perfect for smaller, quieter roads, one pensioner dares to drive his at approximately 4 mph (6.5 kph) on an actual road.
The bus full of tourists rides behind him, and he doesn't seem to have any idea about the fact that he is holding up traffic. I guess that he is safe, since he is wearing a fluorescent yellow jacket.
“This is what the Germans lost the war for,” one of the people on the bus says, as translated by the Mirror. The bus slowly rides behind him until they reach an intersection.
