Tapping It has released Memento 1.0, an e-card creation and sending app for iPhone and iPod Touch. Developed specifically to leverage the iPhone's abilities and interface, Memento offers a natural feel and ease-of-use when adding a photo, entering personalized text, and e-mailing the postcard.

Memento is currently localized in three different languages. These are US English, French and Italian. The application works on iPhone and iPod touch running firmware 2.0 or higher (currently at 2.1). Memento 1.0 costs only $2.99 (USD) and is available exclusively through Apple's iTunes App Store. Memento was released on October 29, 2008. Submitted and sold by Duncan Wilcox, the app is currently at its first release. Future versions are likely to include more fun stuff like templates and new ways to edit the cards.
