14 DAY TRIAL // Being the hottest teen female pop star of the moment and dating none other than Justin Bieber is no guarantee you’re never going to get starstruck. It happened to Selena Gomez when she was tricked into meeting Shia LaBeouf.
As the video below will confirm, Selena’s friends tricked her into going to a neighboring dressing room, where she thought fans would be waiting for her, for a meet and greet.
Instead, it was Shia who was in the room, getting his makeup done by a stylist.
As she tried to make her escape, the actor, now seen in theaters in “Transformers: The Dark of the Moon,” went out after her to exchange a few words and have his picture taken with her.
There’s no doubt that Selena is completely starstruck: she blushes, she shrieks and she can’t stop giggling with excitement, which should be confirmation enough that celebrities too get starstruck.
“Oh my gosh. I admire you. Very nice to meet you,” Selena tells Shia after she cools down a bit.
They share a slightly awkward hug, pose for pictures, exchange more pleasantries and are then on their way.
Back in her dressing room, Selena still can’t believe her luck at having met her crush.
“You guys suck. You used my fans as bait,” she first tells her friends. “Oh my god, he’s so handsome. He’s so cute,” she adds almost in the same breath.

An eyewitness vouches that the two are totally loved up but past the puppy love stage, and serious enough about their commitment to be able to say “I love you” in front of others – and where strangers may be eavesdropping.
