14 DAY TRIAL // Selena Gomez and her “Spring Breakers” cast mates are now at SXSW promoting the new, slightly controversial but much hyped film. During a press Q&A, Selena proved that she could – and did – sing live in it.

Speaking of rumors that she lip-synced the scene in the movie where she and the other girls sing Britney Spears’ “Hit Me Baby One More Time,” Selena burst into song, just to prove the reports wrong.
Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine also joined in, but it was Selena who definitely stole the show. Co-star Vanessa Hudgens was absent.
The moment the video was posted online, Britney Spears tweeted her approval, saying “Awww @selenagomez can duet with me anytime! PS- I heard @springbreakers is AAA-MAZING! Can’t wait to see it!”
