For weeks before last Sunday’s Super Bowl 2014, the Internet had been buzzing about a “Seinfeld” reunion that fans would get a first taste of during the big game. The “reunion” turned out to be more of a joke, but the video still became the most re-watched ever at this Super Bowl.

The reunion was actually an ad for Jerry Seinfeld’s new comedy show, “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” featuring Seinfeld as himself and Jason Alexander as George Constanza, hanging out in the same Manhattan restaurant featured in the popular sitcom.

TiVo says that this ad was the most re-watched from this year’s game, which, in turn, was the most watched sporting event in US history, the Daily Mail informs.

Next came the ads for Budweiser, the very touching “Puppy Love” clip, and for Go Daddy, “Bodybuilder” with Danica Patrick and a group of muscular men running down the street, towards a tanning salon that’s’ about to open.

Speaking strictly numbers, 111.5 million people tuned in for the Super Bowl XLVIII, beating last year’s edition, which had 108.4 million viewers glued to their TV sets.
