Sketch Turner is an artist in New York City. One day while Sketch is drawing, there is a huge thunderstorm and a bolt of lightning hits Sketch's image, bringing it to life. That image is Mortus, a megalomaniac mutant who wants to become real and rule the earth.
Mortus magically transports Sketch into the pages of his comic
book so that he can end his creator's life and become real. Inside the comic book, Sketch meets General Alissa Cyan, who believes he is a superhero that came to save their post-apocalyptic world from the evil brought by Mortus' hand. Now that he's a comic book superhero, Sketch can fight like a one-man mercenary platoon!
Cheats
Invincibility: Press C on sounds 3, 12, 17, 2, 2, 10, 2, 7, 7, 11 at the jukebox screen. A voice will say "Oh Yeah" to confirm correct code entry.
Secret weapon: Hold A to have Sketch fold a paper airplane from the comic. Note: This weapon will destroy almost anything, but uses a portion of your life.
Level select: Press C on sounds 14, 15, 18, 5, 13, 1, 3, 18, 15, 6 at the jukebox screen. A voice will say "Oh Yeah" to confirm correct code entry. Select the sound number that corresponds to desired level and press C.
View credits: Hold A + B + C and press Start at the options screen.
Hidden moves: Information in this section was contributed by DJ Anca Peter and Suicism. Shoulder Ram: Press Away, Towards + Action. Thrusting Kick: Press Down, Up + Action. Shaolin Kick: Press Up, Down, Action in quick succession. Backwards Kick: While punching, press Away.
Sketch fart: Defeat all enemies in a room, then repeatedly tap Down. Alternately, hold Down and attack an enemy.
Sega comment: Pause game play and wait until Sketch says "Sega".
