Sony has just deployed a brand new video that shows off one of the Augmented Reality mini-games that will be bundled with the PlayStation Vita, in the form of Table Football (or Table Soccer, as it will be known in the U.S.).

The PlayStation Vita is getting ready for its global release at the end of February and Sony is trying to hype up its array of attributes by releasing all sorts of trailers and screenshots.

The newest video now focuses on the Augmented Reality features of the Vita, which use the camera on the back of the device, alongside several AR Cards, to recreate all sorts of experiences. In the footage above, Sony Santa Monica’s Senior Manager, Dave Thach, shows off the Table Football AR game.

As you can see, the small sports title uses all the AR cards to recreate different things, while gamers need to use the touchscreen of the Vita to control their players and execute passes, shots and other maneuvers.

Check out the video demonstration above and get ready for the PlayStation Vita’s release on February 22.
