14 DAY TRIAL // Even Lindsay Lohan's fans must have had their doubts about her casting as Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime's biopic “Liz & Dick” but the film's costume designer, Salvador Pérez, says they shouldn't worry.
Lifetime has just released a brand new photo of LiLo in character and, as usual, you can see it in full by clicking on the image above.
Dressed in a superb red gown, covered in a white fur and dripping in diamonds and rubies, Lindsay stares moodily from it.
In a statement accompanying it, costume designer Pérez swears Lindsay is a dead ringer for the part, even though casting her became such a controversial topic.
“There was an audible gasp. You’d swear it was Elizabeth. She just walked into the clothes and became Elizabeth Taylor,” Pérez says.
