The KDE team has released the second developers' snapshot of KDE 4:

"The second KDE 4 developers snapshot is now available. This 3.80.2 release includes source from all the KDE modules. Application developers are strongly advised to work primarily on KDE 4 from now on. This release builds with Qt 4.2.0 and 4.2.1 (but not the 4.2 preview). Packages are available for Kubuntu and currently working through the SUSE buildservice."

Build instructions for this release are here.

This release contains the following KDE packages:

kdeaccessibility-3.80.2 kdeaddons-3.80.2 kdeadmin-3.80.2 kdeartwork-3.80.2 kdebase-3.80.2 kdeedu-3.80.2 kdegames-3.80.2 kdegraphics-3.80.2 kdelibs-3.80.2 kdemultimedia-3.80.2 kdenetwork-3.80.2 kdepim-3.80.2 kdepimlibs-3.80.2 kdesdk-3.80.2 kdetoys-3.80.2 kdeutils-3.80.2 kdewebdev-3.80.2

So, as you can see, there is a big difference between this release and the first snapshot that contains only three packages.
