Second Beta of ownCloud Client 1.2.0 Unveiled

ownCloud Inc. announced a couple of days ago, January 19, the immediate availability for download and testing of the second Beta release for the upcoming ownCloud Client 1.2.0.

ownCloud Client 1.2.0 Beta 2 supports uploading of files bigger than 2GB, improved SSL Certificate acceptance, improved error reporting, offline mode if the server goes in maintenance mode, implemented statistics for the last sync job in the status dialog, better proxy authentication, better icons, and much more.

If things go smooth and no major bugs appear, ownCloud will release a stable 1.2.0 version of their ownCloud Client until the end of January.

Download ownCloud Client 1.2.0 Beta 2 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
